With a mission to flourish quality education, PRAN RFL Public School, HIP was established in 2015 by Major General Amjad Khan Chowdhury (Retd), Ex CEO, PRAN-RFL Group as well as a renowned philanthropist and educationist in the country. A non-profit initiative of CSR category, the school is located in a rural setting by the side of Dhaka-Sylhet Highway at Shayestaganj.
The school is housed in three buildings including a four stored academic building, admin office and guardians’ room. At present about 800 students are studying from pre-primary to class ten. The motto of PRPS is "where knowledge unfolds". The school has been affiliated both in Junior Secondary and Secondary Level by the Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Sylhet bearing the EIIN Number 138406. It’s percentage of passing in all public exams is 100% with securing GPA-5 by a notable number of students in the past years.
As PRPS gives equal weightage co-curricular activities, our students show outstanding feat in different ECA competitions not only in upazila or district level but also national platforms throughout the years. PRPS students and guardians are the only brand ambassadors of PRPS.
The state-of-the-art facilities of PRPS include well-equipped and well-decorated specious multimedia classrooms, computer lab, science lab, enriched school library, transport service for students, different club activities, well planned Academic Calendar, syllabus, specialized teachers of Art and Music, secured spacious campus and open fields for running wide range of sports and extra-curricular activities. 24 hours Wi-Fi connection in the campus only for the faculty members is another added advantage of PRPS.
